Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Receipy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

Receipy provides receipt and transaction matching services for businesses. We use AI to extract information from receipts and help match them to bank transactions. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Account Requirements

• You must create an account through Clerk to use the service
• You must belong to an organization (company/business)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to breach security or access other users' data
• Not abuse, harass, or harm other users or our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload (receipts, transactions, etc.). You grant us permission to process this data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you submit. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is based on AI usage for receipt processing and matching
• Each organization receives a $5 free tier
• Usage beyond the free tier is charged at advertised rates
• Prices may change with notice
• All charges are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

AI Processing Accuracy

Our AI processes receipts to extract information and suggest matches. While we strive for accuracy, AI is not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted data and matches before using them for business purposes. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI processing.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLO Earth AB and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SLO Earth AB and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
