SLO Earth AB ("we", "our", or "us") provides receipt and transaction matching services for businesses. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What Data We Collect

• Account information: Email, name, and organization details (managed by Clerk)
• Receipt data: Uploaded receipt images and extracted information (date, vendor, amount)
• Transaction data: Bank statements and transaction lists you upload
• Usage data: AI processing costs and feature usage within your organization

How We Store Your Data

• Storage location: All data is stored on encrypted Fly.io volumes
• Organization-based: Your data belongs to your organization, not individual users
• File storage: Receipts are stored securely on disk with restricted permissions
• Access control: Only members of your organization can access your data

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Receipt text extraction and transaction matching
• Fly.io: Secure cloud hosting with encrypted volumes

These services have their own privacy policies and security practices.

AI Processing

We use Claude AI (Anthropic) to extract information from receipts and match them to transactions. Receipt images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We track AI usage for billing purposes but do not store conversation history beyond what's needed for the matching process.

Data Retention

• Active project data is retained as long as your organization account is active
• AI cost logs are preserved even if projects are deleted (for billing transparency)
• You can delete projects and their data at any time from your dashboard
• When you delete your organization, all associated data is removed

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time
• Delete your projects and receipts
• Request deletion of your organization and all associated data
• Update your account information through Clerk

Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, secure authentication via Clerk, restricted file permissions, and organization-based access control. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
